Scheduling Coordinator - Are you passionate about calendars, schedules and communications?  

This role entails using Planning Center to schedule volunteers for Sunday services and special events. Planning Center is easy to use and features many automated tools. The ideal person for this role will be able to schedule people a month out and assure that volunteers click the green button to confirm. Should someone cancel, this person will know who is flexible to step in. We want people to have the opportunity to attend one service and serve in another every other week.

Talent Onboarding Agent - Got an eye for spotting talented people? 

This role is ideal for people who excel at identifying talented people to invite to be a part of the team. You will rock the lobby on Sundays as you great people, get to hear their story and help them connect the dots that God has a place for them on our team. ​

Possible Time Commitment: 30 mins per week​​​

New Volunteer Partner - Are you great at making people feel welcome? 

As our team grows we want to be intentional that everyone feels welcome. It's also important that they feel prepared, and able to ask questions if they need more guidance. From when they arrive until they finish serving you will be their partner so that they know we care to make them feel successful serving on Sundays. 

​Possible Time Commitment: This will be done during the Sunday you serve - no extra time needed​​​​

Project Coordinator - Do you get a thrill of turning an idea into reality?​

This role is for people who love coming up with ideas and then executing them into reality. You are able to clearly set a path towards executing an idea and come up with back up plans. Your main superhero power is bringing people together with different skills and removing barriers for team members to get their goals achieved. Lead in scope but remain flexible and adaptable to change.

Arts & Crafts Coordinator - Do you geek out to arts and crafts? 

This role entails assisting in the weekly arts and crafts projects for kids on Sundays Small Groups. As a goal it would be great to be 4 weeks out. Crafts should be fast, simple, thoughtful and be made with materials we already have in storage.
